CLEVELAND, OH, June 2004 - Use the Professional Fuel Pressure Tester Kit CP7838 to diagnose driveability problems caused by out-of-spec fuel pressure. With adapters to fit the majority of applications, it works on practically every vehicle, domestic or import.
Actron's current pressure tester product line includes the Fuel Pressure Tester Kit CP7818 which covers vehicles with fuel pressure systems equipped with a Schrader or fuel access valve test port on the fuel line. Actron also offers the GM Throttle Body Injection (TBI) Fuel Pressure Tester CP7817 that safely tests vehicle fuel pressure systems on GM TBI vehicles not equipped with a Schrader or fuel access valve test port on the fuel line.
The new Professional Fuel Pressure Tester Kit CP7838 works on all cars noted above for the CP7818 and CP7817 and has the added benefit of working on Asian, European and domestic makes with "banjo bolt" connection and all makes with detachable rubber hose connection at fuel rail, fuel line or fuel filter.
